With so many "ghost" hunter type programs on television today, there is a real urgency for Christians to make the distinction from what these programs are telling us, and what God actually says about "ghosts'

 

The Bible is clear, there are no "ghosts" as in deceased humans. These "ghosts" are actually demonic spirits masquarading as deceased humans. The Bible describes them as "familliar spirits" because they look like people. Many cases where people are being "haunted"  witness apparitions which looks either exactly like a deceased relative or friend, or looks very similar to the same - which makes the experience very powerful, because most people who believe they are seeing a deceased loved one have a very strong urge to make communication with the "spirit"

 

There is a family who lost a young daughter in a terrible car accident, which happened just a few hundred yards from their home. The parents could not accept that their daughter was really gone, and the father began to attempt to make contact with his deceased girl. This particular family have been on the 'Ghost Adventures' program, and it actually upset me because it felt as though these devestated parents were being taken advantage of in order to get higher ratings.

 

There are loads of deceased celebrities, such as Elvis, or Michael Jackson, who had a huge fan base, and many of these fans simply could not accept reality, and even after a few decades following Elvis's death, people are still having sightings. A much less common aspect of this dead star worship is calling on the "spirits" of these dead celebrities.

That makes for a perfect opportunity for demonic spirits to gain entry into a home, and eventually, if these desperate fans continue contacting the demonic world, possession becomes a real threat.

 

This page is aimed at Christians who may be either involved in "Jesus Christ Himself gave strong warning to any who would harm a child, stating it would be better for such a person to tie a weight around his/her neck and jump into the deepest part of the ocean. So why would you believe He would leave little girls to fend for themselves in some demonic house of eternal horrors?

And also, if I hear one more person telling a "spirit" to "go to the light" I'm gonna barf!

Does God really need your help getting His own creation to the doorway to Heaven?

 

Click the link "Demonic"  on the menu at the top of this page for several scriptures which proves beyond any doubt that these "ghosts" are not human, but rather demonic.

 

On the right hand side of this page, you'll see two videos. These videos are actually documenteries filmed by three brothers -"ghost" hunters - who call themselves "Living Dead Paranormal"  Now these brothers claim to be Christians, and they very often read from the Bible during their investigations. However, they are in grave danger because they have decided to ignore God, the God they profess to believe in,  and they believe there are human spirits hauntings and demonic spirit hauntings. That is extremely dangerous on a couple of levels.

 

First, God specifically warns us that anyone who speaks to the dead, will be in danger of losing their eternal salvation!! Secondly, they are messing with powerufl demonic entities without God's protection. Because whenever we disobay God, or chose to reject God's Word, we lose our Biblical authority, and in this case, they lost any Biblical authority over these demonic spirits. That is truly scary.

 

I have attempted to contact this group, however I never get any reply. I have pointed out the scriptural basis for believing these are demonic spirits, and I can only pray to God that they come to their senses before it's too late.

 

OK, the first investigation at the "Haunted Munroe House" is the top video on the right side. The second, follow up investigation at the Munroe house is the one below it.

It is the second video which I'd like to deal with today.

 

There is a family, the Munroes, who bought a home and were renevating it when weird things began to happen, which you can follow along in the first video.

The home owner's sister took an interest in doing her own investigations, as did the home owners, however the sister had a truly terrifying experience, which is documented in the second video at the 24:07 mark.

If you forward to 24:07, you will see an extroardinary piece of video footage.

 

There are two women investigating what they believed to be "ghost" hauntings. In the basement, there is a hole bashed through a stone foundation wall, which gives access to a recent addition. The video taken in that crawl space shows a bizarre shadowy figure moving in a weird manner, sort of up and down.

You can hear a very distinct moaning, chanting type sound when all of a sudden, this shadowy figure streaks across the space from where it was first filmed at the back wall, right up to the video camera and speaks "Do you know how big I am"? and just terrifies the women!

 

The sister who was doing that investigation was so terrified that she stopped all investigations and started going back to church after 28 years! She understood right there that this creature was not a human ghosts, that it was a demonic spirit.

This is the first video I have ever seen, and I have seen hundreds of these type of investigations, that shows what these spirits truly are.

 

If you are involved in "ghosts" hunting, you need to know what God says about them, and you need to stop immediately and ask for forgiveness, because by being involved in this activity, you have actually rejected the Truth of the Bible and have given demonic spirits a legal right to be involved in your life.

There is only one way to break such a contract, and that is through asking for forgiveness from Jesus Christ.

 

Having said that - there is a real need for strong, faithful Bible believing Christians to help those who are being harassed by these demonic spirits. Ask your Pastor for advice before doing anything. The main thing you MUST do is believe God when He tells us exactly what these spirits are. We can rebuke them but only in the nbame of Jesus Christ. Remember, even the head general in God's army, Michael the arch angel, would not rebuke satan in his own name. He rebuked satan in the name of Jesus Christ. This is extremely dangerous work, but yes, some of us are called to it. It is of the utmost extreme importance to approach this with caution and with the power and authority of Jesus Christ.
